PublicATION permission form
Why we need the Publication Permission Form
To ensure that we comply with copyright regulations and legal requirements, all speakers are required to complete the Publication Permission Form. This form gives Silicon Saxony and the apc|m Program Committee the necessary authorization to use, reproduce and distribute the materials you provide for the conference.
By submitting the form, you specify:
- Whether your presentation or poster may be:
- published in its original PDF version,
- published in a shortened version,
- or not published at all.
- Whether you agree or disagree with:
- being included on the participants list (name & company),
- image and video recordings during your speaker slot.
Please note:
- Without this completed form, your oral or poster presentation cannot be published in the conference app or made available for download after the event.
- We kindly ask you to download the form, fill it in, sign it, and upload or email it together with your presentation materials.
- Deadline: Wednesday, April 15, 2026
Moderation Card
Why we need the Moderation Card
To help our session chairs introduce you in a clear, engaging and personable way, we kindly ask you to fill in the Moderator Card with a few key details. The card should contain only very short and concise information, as the session chair will read it live on stage.
What we need from you:
- Presentation title
- Full Name
- Function within the company
- Company name
- Short Vita (Key Points):
- Please provide 2–3 very short sentences about yourself.
- The goal is to give the moderator a friendly and simple introduction — not a full biography.
- What you can include (choose 1–2 points): Your role and area of expertise, what you are passionate about, or one small personal detail.
- Example: “Sarah Johnson is a process engineer at Silicon Saxony focusing on [insert here]. She enjoys turning complex data into practical production solutions. Outside of work, she loves hiking.”
- Short Description of Your Presentation:
- Please describe your talk in 1–2 sentences (What it is about & why it matters).
- Three potential Q&A questions:
- Questions the moderator may ask if no questions come from the audience.
Why brevity matters:
- The Moderator Card is used live on stage.
- Please use short sentences, avoid long paragraphs, and keep everything as brief and readable as possible.
