Doug Suerich

Doug Suerich is the Director of Marketing at PEER Group, a leading developer of SEMI® Standard-compliant tool and factory automation and connectivity software. A charismatic and insightful speaker, Doug leverages his extensive background in software engineering and development to present highly technical content in engaging and accessible ways.

A passionate advocate for smart manufacturing and industry-wide collaboration, Doug is an active member of both the Governing Council for the Semiconductor Manufacturing Cybersecurity Consortium and the SEMI® SMART Manufacturing Technology Community, Americas Chapter. He also co-chairs the Advanced Process Control Smart Manufacturing Conference.

Michael Arnold

Michael has been responsible for overseeing PEER Group’s European operations since the inception of the German office in 2003. He has also helped establish a strong services position in the global semiconductor manufacturing market. Michael’s semiconductor process knowledge – along with his ability to foster collaborative customer relationships and develop engineering talent – has contributed to his success in growing the services-based organization where customer satisfaction and creating innovative solutions are key. As a hands-on leader, Michael is the account manager for several of PEER Group’s top customers in Europe. He has served as a member of the SEMICON Europe technical program committee since 2009 and currently chairs the European chapter of the SEMI Smart Manufacturing Technology Community. In 2017, Silicon Saxony appointed Michael as a Board Member. Beyond semiconductor manufacturing, Michael has led his team’s expansion into adjacent markets leveraging their factory automation knowledge to solve a variety of manufacturing problems.
